Creating your own contact columns that best suit your needs

Step 1: Edit Columns on Contact page

Step 2: Choose add, edit, delete, or hide columns

Add: Name "Label" the column + "Field Type"

For example:

  • Label: Contact Owner

  • Field Type: Single-Line Text (i.e Henson Tsai)

Edit: Modify existing column "Label" or "Field Type"

Field Type Examples:

  • Single-Line Text: Henson Tsai

  • Multi-Line Text: Room9, Entrepreneurship Centre, Core D, Level 3, IT Street, Cyberport

  • Number: 2

  • Phone Number: 98765678

  • Email: someone@email.com

  • Dropdown Select: "Prospect", "Lead", "Customer"

  • True/False: "True", "False"

Delete: Remove column permanently

Hide: Hide less important columns

  • Column and information within is still stored.
