Install Live Chat

Install a live chat widget on your website

Simple set up

Go to Settings > Live Chat Widget

Step 1: General Settings

  1. Widget name: Visible to your team only

  2. Chat Bot Name: Sender name for all system generated auto messages

  3. Header Logo: Select a logo to be displayed in the Live Chat Widget

  4. Select different color for Background, Button, Message and Button text

Step 2: Advanced Settings

  1. Share your reply time: Set expectations about how quickly your team replies during office hours.

  2. Business hours: Display live chat button during office hours only. Hide the button during off hours.

  3. Contact Form: Require visitors to provide name, email and phone number before starting a chat all time/only during off hours.

Step 3: Language settings

Enable your preferred languages.The widget will match your users default browser language.

Step 4: Pop-up Messages

Send website visitors automatic targeted pop-up messages based on their URL

Create new pop-up message

Set Show/Hide to choose on what page on your website you want the pop-up appear or disappear.

Select when URL path contains/exactly match to show or hide the pop-up message.

Enter your message text then you can either save it as draft or publish it right away.

Set the display time after visitors arrives, pop-up message will display automatically

Step 5: Channels

Select the channels that you installed to be visible to your website visitors

Step 6: Install on your website

Find your unique snippet code and copy and paste it on your website

Step 7: Successful!
