Create Quick reply

Go to Settings > Quick Reply > Create

You can type in the content in the text below, adding any parameters such as first name or contact owner.

You also add 1 image or media file to the quick reply. Common use cases including promotional banners or price lists. Input a shortcut/ title and click "Create" to continue.

You can update or delete quick reply anytime.
