Create campaign

Step 1: Go to >

Choose your imported list and create campaign.

Step 2: Name the campaign in Title

Campaign title for internal reference only

Step 3: Select Channels

Choose the channel that you want to send the message through.

If the recipient is a new contact that has not begun a conversation, the message will be sent through the main channel. You can also send mass internal notes using Campaigns.

Step 4: Compose message

Enter your broadcast content.

Campaign title: [Example] Campaign Message

Please note that the message content must be an approved template message without any attachment. Or else, the messages will be failed.

Step 5: Send a test message

Send a test message to yourself to make sure the broadcast message is good to go

If you did not receive message, it means something is wrong in your campaign settings. Check if you have selected the right channel and the content format is correct.

Step 6: Schedule to send

Send the message immediately or specify a date and time

Step 7: Blast the Campaign Broadcast

Click "Review Details and Send" to send the broadcast!

Campaign Status

Check the response rate

Right next to the title of the Campaign message, there are some statistics for you to check the response rate so you can review the content.

Export CSV

You can export a CSV file to see what message was delivered, read or replied in a more detailed format.

We have already filled in an approved template for you, check !

Go to > . Check the sending status (Sent/Sending/Pause).
